The Giving Tree is one of my favorite children's books I read when I was young. I read the book these days, the story was sadder than I remembered.
The innocent boy and the tree were happy in the beginning but time passes, the tree becomes alone.
Warm-hearted colors and illustrations indicate the tree's sacrificial love for the boy.
